By participating in any I AM NOT FOR PROFIT event, class, or production, all attendees, models, staff, and volunteers acknowledge and consent to being photographed and/or recorded on video. These photos and videos may be used for promotional, educational, and awareness purposes across all I AM NOT FOR PROFIT platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, press releases, marketing materials, and public presentations.

Participation in any I AM NOT FOR PROFIT activity implies full consent to the use of your likeness, image, voice, or performance without compensation. All content captured becomes the exclusive property of I AM NOT FOR PROFIT, its affiliates, and media partners.

If you wish to opt out of being featured, please notify our staff in writing prior to participation. Requests made after content publication may not be honored, as materials are used for ongoing awareness campaigns against human trafficking.

Minors

Participants under 18 must have a signed parental consent form authorizing participation and media usage. Parents or guardians must accompany minors at all rehearsals, fittings, or events unless otherwise approved in writing.
