Your media application has been successfully received and is currently under review.

 

Approval is selective and contingent upon full agreement with our Media Rules & Regulations. Please review the following summary carefully, as adherence to these standards is mandatory for acceptance into the Media Team.

Media Team Standards – Executive Summary

​

1. Limited Access
Media credentials are restricted due to venue capacity and audience experience priorities. Approval is granted at the discretion of the Event Producer.

 

2. Professional Conduct
Media must operate with discretion and situational awareness. Blocking guest views, disrupting programming, or interfering with event flow is prohibited. Guest experience remains a primary priority.

 

3. Content Delivery
All raw and/or edited content must be delivered via Dropbox, Google Drive, or a mutually agreed platform within 14 calendar days of the event. Timely delivery is essential for marketing continuity and post-event momentum.

4. Usage Rights
Participation grants the Event Producer unrestricted rights to use, edit, distribute, and publish all captured media for promotional, advertising, archival, and sponsorship purposes. Attribution may be provided when feasible but is not guaranteed.

5. No Watermarks / No Restrictions
Submitted media may not include watermarks and must not carry copyright or usage limitations. Content must be delivered free of licensing constraints.

6. Volunteer Status
All media participation is voluntary. No financial compensation will be provided for coverage or deliverables. All work product is considered donated.

7. No Post-Event Billing
Invoices or payment requests after participation will not be honored. Submission confirms agreement to volunteer terms.

8. Formal Agreement Required
Final approval is contingent upon written acknowledgment and acceptance of the complete Media Rules & Regulations document.

 

Applications are evaluated based on professionalism, alignment, reliability, and adherence to operational standards.

If selected, you will receive an official acceptance notice with next steps.
